                                             Frequently Asked Questions

   What are your hours of operation?
    Our office is open 9-5 EST, however in most cases someone can be reached until
    8:00 EST via phone and/or email to answer any questions you may have or take your order. 1-866-770-9729

   I can't seem to find my size on your web site?
    No problem. We can provide T-shirts, Polo shirts & Sweatshirts up to size 10X. Call our office for color availability.

    How soon are orders processed & shipped?
   Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt excluding holidays & weekends. We ship via Federal Express unless address given is a postal box.
   X-ray Markers require 3 business days for manufacture unless specified differently in the product description.

   What if I need my order overnight?
   Call our office 1-866-770-9729. In most cases if the order is received prior to 1:00 EST we can provide overnight shipping.

   When can I expect my personalized marker order?
   Please allow 3 business days for manufacture of X-ray markers (unless specified differently in the product description)
   + shipping time from our facility to your destination.

   I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?
   Please call us immediately 1-866-770-9729 to remedy the error.

   What if I need to return an item?
   Your return authorization number is your order number. Please write it on the
    outside of your return. Please enclose instructions indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please
    contact our office 1-866-770-9729 within 15 days of receipt of your order if you do not know your order number.
    All returns must have a return authorization number. Returns received without an RA# will be subject to a 15%
    restocking charge. Items must be returned in shipped to condition and must be received within 30 days of receipt
   of the order by the customer.

   Can I order utilizing a Facility Purchase Order?
    Absolutely. Our shopping cart supports the input of purchase order numbers however, to validate the order a hard
   copy must be faxed to 480 393-4715. Purchase orders must include a ship to address, accounts payable address
   and phone contact information.

    Who can I contact concerning product ideas/suggestions or products I would like made available?
